We go AGAIN!

After the huge success of last years 24 Hour Charity Workout where we raised over €2.5k which allowed us to buy toys for kids in Temple Street Foundation, we will be running another event in December.

With this in mind we would love your help. Our target is to match or beat our previous target of €2.5k so we can purchase toys for sick kids who are in hospital at Christmas time.

The format of this event is that there will be a 24hr continuous workout from 6pm on Friday December 6th to 6pm on Saturday December 7th.

We will need volunteers to take part by committing to doing non stop (no rest!) workouts every hour on the hour for 24 hours. We will literally not stop training in some shape or form for 24 hours.

How can you help or take part?

1) Commit to taking part for an hour or more
2) Donate prizes to our raffle
3) Make a contribution to our fundraising
4) Encourage one of your famous friends to take part!
5) Provide some food and refreshments to our volunteers! :)

We would love as many people to be involved/take part as possible from start, during and towards the end of this fundraiser.

This includes anyone who is crazy enough to spend a few hours overnight in the gym! :)

Friends and family are 100% welcome, all we are asking is that everyone attending makes some contribution to the bucket collection.

You can also ask friends and family members to contribute in advance of this event and bring all donations on the day/night.

The plan is that we will be taking all funds raised and buying as many items as we can in Smyths from the Temple Street toy appeal shopping list.

All toys will be delivered to Temple Street in time for Christmas.
