My blog today is a short one - it's based on something my friends over at LTB (massive group of trainers & coaches) shared and spoke about recently that I thought was well worth elaborating on and sharing with you. Basically this list is a little insight into some things I (and other trainers/gym owners) think about a lot and would like you to be more aware of! :)
