You can’t future proof your health, build meaningful strength, or undo years and years of neglect or wear and tear in 6 weeks. And yet, so many people still treat getting back into fitness or a 6 week programme like it’s the final destination. Like it’s some magic reset button or a total life/body transformation.

Whatever the reason - if you're thinking, "Right, time to finally get moving again" - here's where to start. You don't need a gym. You don't need fancy gear. And you definitely don't need to be "fit" to begin. Here are 5 solid exercises we recommend to anyone starting (or restarting) their fitness journey: Let’s be honest for a second.
If you’ve spent the last few months (or years) doing bootcamp classes, circuits, spin, dance, Zumba, or sweat style workouts that leave you dripping and gasping for air but your body hasn’t changed much, you’re not alone.
