 So - as I mentioned recently - We launched our brand new gym magazine.
It's packed full of loads of useful free info & tips on training, nutrition & everything else in between. Our special Xmas Issue is out now and you will be able to find it in our gym & a few local businesses. We cover topics such as:  So this week I was chatting to one of our members Stefanie.
Stefanie is now on the 12 week home straight to getting married! She's done unbelievably well over the last year dropping a couple of stone and becoming fitter and stronger than ever before. The old dress has had to be taken in a couple of times already! But it's now "business time" as I said to her the other day.  We launched our new magazine last month.
The new issue just came out and can be found in our gym & a few local businesses. However - I thought it might be nice to share it with you so you could see what it is like. |
