The short answer is no. You do not need to be fit before joining Evolutis. Most of our members start after a long break from training or with very little fitness background. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be. Even if you already run, lift, or do home workouts, it’s normal to feel like you are not fit enough or don’t have the confidence to step into a structured program. That’s where we come in. Here are a few things you do not need before you join: • You don’t need to be able to run for 30 minutes straight • You don’t need to lift heavy weights • You don’t need to know how to use every piece of equipment What you do need is a willingness to start, and we will guide you from there. We use small group personal training, with expert coaching built into every session. That means everything is scaled to your current ability. You will train safely, build confidence, and progress at your own pace. Over time, the consistency of showing up is what makes the difference. You will get fitter, stronger, and more confident, session by session. So if you are waiting until you feel “ready” or “fit enough” - don’t.
