Everyone has them. A few days or a week where life takes over, motivation dips, or you just feel off track. It might be a few days of missed training, late nights, too much takeaway, or skipping the healthy habits you had started to build. Here is the important thing. One off week does not undo your progress. What matters is what you do next... There is a great line in James Clear’s Atomic Habits. Missing one day is just a mistake. Missing two days is the start of a new habit.
In other words, the danger is not the one missed workout or the one takeaway. The danger is letting it become the new normal. So instead of beating yourself up, focus on the reset. Here are some simple ways to do it:
