One bad week… and suddenly people think everything is falling apart.

What’s actually going on

You miss a couple of sessions.

Life gets busy. Work ramps up. Kids need more time. Energy dips.
And straight away, your head goes to:

“I’ve fallen off track.”
“I need to get my act together.”
“I was doing well… now I’m not.”

But that’s not reality.

That’s your brain zooming in on the most recent thing and ignoring everything else.

If you’ve been training consistently for months… or even years… a bad week doesn’t undo that.

Not even close.

The real issue isn’t the week

The problem isn’t the missed sessions.

The problem is how quickly you forget everything that came before it.

I had a chat with a member recently.

They’d had a couple of obstacles. Missed a few sessions. Felt like things were slipping.

But when we actually looked at it properly…

They’d been training consistently for a couple of years.
They were stronger than ever.
Moving better.
Healthier.
More confident.

None of that disappeared.

But in their head, it felt like it had.

That’s the trap.

You’re probably doing this more than you think

This shows up all the time.

One tough session… and you feel like you’re not fit.

One bad food choice… and suddenly the whole week is “ruined”.

It’s not logical.

But it’s very normal.
