Our mission is to help over 40+ men & women from Coolock, Artane & Raheny to transform their lives. We do this by delivering group personal training in friendly, welcoming environment where everyone can come to destress, blow off steam and participate in some friendly banter with like minded people. We work extremely hard to hold people accountable and make sure that every minute with us is always fun, challenging and rewarding.
