We are proud of all the mums, dads and their children who attend our group fitness sessions regularly at their family friendly gym. Everybody can find something suitable for their needs and likes: superdads and supermums can attend specially designed sessions as well as mixed group sessions. We run soccer performance and strength coaching programs for the youth (12+) and there are studio activities available including yoga to relax and dancing classes for the young ones.
During school holidays parents are welcome to bring children along; while mum and dad are working hard on the gym floor, kids can either watch them sweat or enjoy the benefits of our waiting area that is equipped with toys, books and computer with internet access. Our regular parents & kids sessions come as an added bonus to the membership and creates a fun environment for quality family time.
