Have you had your BP checked recently?
Maybe it's something you think might be an issue? If you have ANY concerns with regards to your BP - it's definitely something I'd recommend you speak to your GP about asap and for a few reasons....... I've spoken a lot recently about how I'm glad we've (people in general & the fitness industry) stopped focusing on things like 6 week transformations, challenges and fad or gimmick diets as a way to get "results"....
The weight loss rollercoaster as I like to call it! I'll tell you why.... Let me provide a bit of context.
I've been in the sport & fitness game for almost 15 years. In my time I've created & launched multiple programs, owned and operated two gyms and have worked with 1000s of people. So I've seen a few trends come and go. More recently I've seen a change in attitude from the people who are choosing to work with us and join Evolutis - but also in conversations I'm having with people in general. And this is why I firmly believe that the gym (as it has been in the past) is dead. So a common question for us is - do you NEED to count calories?
The simple answer is no. However, if your goal is one of the following...
