Have you found it difficult to stay committed to showing up to the gym?
Find that there are days where the motivation just isn't there?
You know you SHOULD show up but the little gremlin on your shoulder has a tendency to convince you to put it off to "tomorrow"....
When you FEEL better, right?
Here's the thing......
Have you had your BP checked recently?
Maybe it's something you think might be an issue?
If you have ANY concerns with regards to your BP - it's definitely something I'd recommend you speak to your GP about asap and for a few reasons.......
I've spoken a lot recently about how I'm glad we've (people in general & the fitness industry) stopped focusing on things like 6 week transformations, challenges and fad or gimmick diets as a way to get "results"....
The weight loss rollercoaster as I like to call it!
I'll tell you why....
Let me provide a bit of context.
I've been in the sport & fitness game for almost 15 years.
In my time I've created & launched multiple programs, owned and operated two gyms and have worked with 1000s of people.
So I've seen a few trends come and go.
More recently I've seen a change in attitude from the people who are choosing to work with us and join Evolutis - but also in conversations I'm having with people in general.
And this is why I firmly believe that the gym (as it has been in the past) is dead.
So a common question for us is - do you NEED to count calories?
The simple answer is no.
However, if your goal is one of the following...
You will need to find some way to manage your calorie intake.
(Combined with good strength training + NEAT)
As much as you might not like to count calories your body will count them for you!
So what options do you have?
