The problem as I see it is that women have been sold short when it comes to training.
Over the years outdated ideas that women shouldn't lift weights, should only do cardio & should starve down to 900 calorie a day diets have persevered.
This THANKFULLY is changing......
Every year I like to get inspired and set new health and fitness goals, plus I also like to plan out and think about other areas of my life too.
It’s also very important to review where you’ve been and how far you have come.
