One thing we love to remind our members of is the need to celebrate ALL the wins.

The little victories that we tend to overlook in our search for the big achievements.

One problem with chasing the big outcome is completely missing that sense of achievement you get from showing up and doing your best on a daily basis.....

The fact you made a Monday session in the gym - even when you didn't feel like it.

Or not putting any weight on in spite of a really stressful couple of weeks.

You see if your focus is on celebrating the small wins and enjoying the process - you're more likely to achieve the big objectives you have for yourself.

This is something we like to recognise at the end of every year.

We like to acknowledge members of our gym for their commitment and consistency, the positive impact they have on the people around them & representing all that's good about our community...
