In case you weren't aware - today is international womens day.
To celebrate we have put on a spread of delicious cake for our (female) members in the gym today.
We also decided to draw up a list of 10 reasons why women are awesome to mark the occasion.....
The problem as I see it is that women have been sold short when it comes to training.

One problem with chasing the big outcome is completely missing that sense of achievement you get from showing up and doing your best on a daily basis.....
How's your day going?
Kids off school due to the "storm"?

It seems as though Jesus decided a plague wasn't enough and that we all had to suffer his wrath with a storm of WIND & FIRE!!!
(The fire part may or may not be true....)
In any case - I first heard the word "Blamestorming" yonks ago..........
Do you remember the Lion King?
If you have kids of course you do.
I do because my little brother Lee watched the bloody thing about 8 million times.
Over and over and over again!
Anyway - There was a little interaction in the movie between Simba & Pumba.
It went like this...
